What's Included In Your Plant Box

Your plant will be wrapped with its soil. Nursery pot is included. Heat pack is a recommended add-on if temperatures drop below 40 degrees.

Shipping & In-Store Pickup Policy

Welcome to Luna Gifts & Botanicals! We’re so happy you’ve found our online store and hope you’re enjoying your time here. Here, we’ve outlined our new shipping and in-store pick-up policies so you know what to expect once you’ve ordered your goods.

Shipping

Apparel on our website are made-to-order and are fulfilled using our trusted drop shipping service. This means your items are custom printed for you once you place your order, ensuring quality and uniqueness. Our typical processing time for orders is 2 - 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the specific product and order volume.

All other items including plants are packaged and shipped in-store. Our typical processing time for orders packed in store is 1-2 days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

In-Store Pick-Up

We offer in-store pick-up for all items excluding apparel. In-store pick-up items must be picked up within 60 days of purchase. We will send 2 reminder emails before canceling the order without refund.

Returns & Exchanges

In-Store Returns/Exchanges

 

If for any reason an item does not work for you we gladly accept returns on items purchased in store within 7 days of the original purchase date with receipt or through in-store Luna Loyalty Account. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. All items must be returned in original condition. Luna reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion.

Additionally items may be exchanged for equal or lesser cost of original purchase if product is in original condition of sale.

 

All plants, sale items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Online Returns

 

Items purchased online are eligible for return if received by Luna within 14 days of the original delivery date. All plants, jewelry and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Customer is responsible for return postage. Luna reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion, including mailed returns that arrive damaged.

 

To return orders by mail, please send an email to lunadayton@gmail.com and a member of our team with contact you with approval and instructions before shipping.

 

Please notify us within 3 days of arrival if items were damaged in transit. A refund or a replacement will be sent with our discretion. Please include photos of damages.
