Shipping & In-Store Pick-up Policy

Shipping

Apparel on our website are made-to-order and are fulfilled using our trusted drop shipping service. This means your items are custom printed for you once you place your order, ensuring quality and uniqueness. Our typical processing time for orders is 2 - 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the specific product and order volume.

All other items including plants are packaged and shipped in-store. Our typical processing time for orders packed in store is 1-2 days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

In-Store Pick-Up

We offer in-store pick-up for all items excluding apparel. In-store pick-up items must be picked up within 60 days of purchase. We will send 2 reminder emails before canceling the order without refund.
